“Three years ago, Basin and Range National Monument was established to preserve the natural beauty of our state. In the past three years, Basin and Range has welcomed thousands of visitors to explore the outdoors with their friends and family, and discover Nevada’s rich archaeological and cultural history. Nevada’s public lands make our state unique and are an important part of our legacy. Today, I celebrate Basin and Range’s third anniversary and reaffirm my steadfast commitment to advocating for the continued conservation and protection of our public lands and monuments for future generations.”
