Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada: Offers free legal assistance to low-income individuals, including help with eviction-related issues.
The Immigrant Home Foundation: Offers immigration assistance.
UNLV Law Clinic: Offers assistance by student attorneys to defend people in deportation proceedings and innovates new ways to offer legal services to immigrants in Nevada.
Northern Nevada
Northern Nevada Legal Services: Offers legal assistance to qualified residents in Washoe County, and rural northern Nevada counties. Legal aid is free or low-cost advice, assistance, or representation in civil matters for those who could not otherwise afford an attorney.
Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada: Offers immigration assistance and primary objective is to help individuals attain self-sufficiency and stability in the US.
Tu Casa Latina: Offers immigration assistance to individuals who are victims of crimes, domestic violence, abuse, and trafficking in Northern Nevada.
Rural Communities
Volunteer Attorneys for Rural Nevadans: Offers various programs serving low-income residents and victims of domestic violence in 15 rural Nevada counties.
Statewide
Nevada Legal Services: Offers free legal assistance to eligible low-income individuals on Section 8 who are facing an eviction.
American Immigration Lawyer Association: Offers legal counsel, resources, information, and are advocates for immigration issues.
Nevada State Bar: Offers private attorneys in Nevada and provides education and development programs for the legal profession and public.
